All rooms are equipped with one (1) queen bed and will accommodate 1-2 people maximum. Parties of three or more will require a second room to be booked.
Four cups of coffee are included with each booking. Additional servings of coffee are available for purchase upon request.
Toiletries: Toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soaps are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for purchase upon request.
Additional towels can be provided upon request (Email Housekeeping: housekeeping@hylandhotelak.com). There are currently no on-site laundry services.
Free parking is provided behind the building. Please do not park in front of the neighbor’s house.
Rooms do not have phones, but there is good cell service in the building.
No illegal activity of any kind or parties of any kind are allowed on the property.
Booking & Payments:
We accept payment in the form of cash, check, *major credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.
We charge a 3% Visa/Mastercard fee, a 3.5% Amex fee, a 2% Venmo fee, and a 3% Cash App fee.
A 50% payment is required for all bookings made 30 days or more in advance.
The remaining 50% payment is due 7 days prior to arrival if booking online. If booking directly via phone, full reservation amount will be processed.

Full payment is required at time of booking for all reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date.
Minimum age for guests to make a reservation or stay on the property is 18 years. Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Cancellations & Refunds:
A 100% refund will be given for cancelations received 30 or more days prior to arrival date
A 50% refund will be given for cancelations received 8-29 days prior to arrival date
No refunds will be given for cancelations received within 7 days of arrival date
Smoking:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside our property. Guests found smoking inside, or bringing smoking paraphernalia inside, or performing any other activities that leave the room smelling like smoke will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Smoking of marijuana or vaping with THC anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
Pets:
Pets are strictly prohibited from being inside our property. Guests found to have had pets or any other animals inside the property will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
